Ibrahim Camp (Mahash)
Ibrahim Camp lies approx. 20 km north of Nuweiba City. This stretch of beach is called Mahash and boasts the whitest sand in Sinai. The water here is crystal clear, the reefs untouched, so ideal for swimming and snorkelling in the fascinating underwater world. A place for pure relaxation in a familiar atmosphere.
There is plenty of room for at least two people in each spacious hut. Each hut is situated in close proximity to the beach and has a small veranda from where you can enjoy the sunrise undisturbed. There are electric lights, good comfortable matrasses, clean sheets and pillows and a mosquito net. Please bring your own sleeping bags and handtowels.
Our lovingly built Arishas (shadow areas) on the beach have comfortable sunbeds and make for a relaxing place in which to daydream and refresh your soul. The Arishas are so built that you can enjoy your own private space or join other people.
Ibrahim Camp has a good Arabic-Egyptian kitchen with a large selection of dishes. If you wish you can enjoy your morning pancake, with seasonal fruits and honey on the beach. Hot and cold drinks are available at all times.
IbrahimCamp is well suited for all kind of seminars, like spiritual- and healing groups. We also organise fascinating tours into the mountains and desert regions of Sinai. All other services which are available in Softbeach Camp in Tarabin apply here also.
Ibrahim Camp has 44 huts with prices of 70LE per person per night including breakfast.
Seperate breakfast costs 25LE.
There is 18 hours a day electricity and all huts are equipped with mosquito nets.

Our rating system explained... Our star rating is based on the facilities on offer in the camps and hotels, not on the quality of those facilities. So a hotel with wifi, 24 hour electricity and restaurant will get a higher rating than a camp with cleaner bathrooms and a nicer view, but no internet or dive centre. Most of the time the rating will also depict the price range; where 1 stars will be very basic and very cheap and 5 stars will be expensive, but luxurious...
